Adjudication – the evolution of a process
Robert Howie QC was admitted as an advocate in 1986. He took silk in 2000. He has been involved in a large number of adjudications as Counsel, legal adviser or adjudicator. He regularly appears in the Sheriff Court, the Outer and Inner Houses of the Court of Session and as leading Counsel in the UK Supreme Court.
